90 to 95% of the incidents are caused by helplessness, the rest of the incidents are caused by psychological problems. Let's end the life and get rid of the problems, but people do this when there is no way to solve the problem. And collective helplessness is increasing
Anxiety is of two types
The first type is that there are many suggestions for solving a problem before a normal person, but all those suggestions are almost the same and they do not help in solving the problem.
The second type is that a person does not have clear concepts about things in his mind. A bad psychological state is one in which there is no purpose of life left in front of people.
Crisis intervention centers and suicide prevention telephone hotlines around the world play an important role in preventing suicidal individuals from taking this step.
These facilities are available in Sri Lanka and the available statistics of Sri Lankan Institutions are a testament to the excellent performance of these Institutions.
We also have to move forward step by step in this way and establish mutual aid institutions
Apart from this, every member of the society has to create space in his heart for others and develop the spirit of helping each other and tolerating differences.
